We have any exciting new role for a experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will prepare quotations for products and services, secure purchase orders, and relay pertinent bid/order information to the sales team. You will receive requests for price quotations, lead times, order placement, expediting, or order changes directly from Account Managers, customers, and distributors for both new and renewal opportunities. Coordinates information from various functional areas ensuring customer requirements are satisfied and incorporated into a timely submitted proposal. Maintains files, forms, logs, customer/product data, proposal status, and order forecasting information. Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and vendors; supports outside Sales Representatives with proposal or status as necessary.
