Five Great Bachelorette Party Games

Planning a bachelor party can be both an exciting and a stressful experience, especially for the Maid of Honor who is usually the one who does most of the planning. However, it needn’t be a stressful experience if you are able to delegate tasks and prioritize accordingly. One of the most important parts of planning a bachelor is the games.

A bachelorette party is meant to be fun, hence why the idea of games came about. Generally, you need to find a set of games that will be enjoyable for everyone due to the fact that you may have a range of different personalities attending the hen party. In this article we will explain some of the basic and best bachelorette games that are fun and easy to play, and should be enjoyed by everyone involved.

1. Toilet Paper Wedding Dress

This is a general rule at all bachelorette parties whereby the bride is always dressed in some kind of getup. A fun game to play where you get everyone involved is to divide your party into teams. One member of your team is chosen to be the ‘bride’ and the rest of the team then needs to create a wedding dress out of toilet paper. Get creative; you can make a mini dress, a one shouldered long evening-dress style, or whatever tickles anyone’s fancy. The team with the best dress wins a prize. Prizes are crucial at a bachelorette and depending on the crowd, you could always give away alcoholic beverages.

2. Mr. and Mrs. Quiz

A really popular and fun game to play at a hen party is the Mr. and Mrs. Quiz. This is where, beforehand, someone writes down a list of questions such as ‘Where Did You Meet Your Partner?’ and ‘Does your partner have any birthmarks?’ and gives them to the groom to answer. During your bachelorette, you give the same quiz to the bride and see what her answers are and if they match the answers her hubby-to-be wrote. Have fun and get creative with some entertaining questions!

3. Break the Ice

You go around the circle and say “I have never… ” and say something you have never done. If anyone in the circle has done what that person said, then they need to have a sip of their drink.

4. Truth or Dare

The good old reliable game of Truth or Dare can be really fun when played at a bachelor. Beforehand, perhaps write down a list of questions for the truths and a list of fun dares, such as ‘Ask for a random man’s phone number in a bar’ or ‘dance on a table’ and so forth. There are many great dares you can execute at a hen party, especially if you will be club hopping. You can tailor the dares to the location of your bachelorette.party games

5. Banned Words

Banned words is a great bachelor party game that is very fun, especially if there is alcohol involved! You choose one word that no one is allowed to say the entire night, and if they say it, they have to have a shooter or down their drink. If there is no alcohol involved, you can force them into a dare or to wear a ridiculous item of clothing (such as a crazy hat) on their head.
