HR Officer (For Generalist Role)
Qualification and work experience
MBA (HR) with 6-8 Years Experience
skills and competencies
- proficiency in english
- Proficient in MS Office
- ERP Exposure
- Knowledge of UAE labor law
- Attention to detail, accuracy and people-oriented
- Strong ethics and credibility
Responsibilities
- Regular support for all general HR activities
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining all HR databases and filing systems
- Responsible for providing MIS reports
- Help with payroll processing
- To assist in manpower planning and act as a point of contact for recruitment
- Assist in maintaining an effective recruitment, on-boarding and performance appraisal system
- Assistance in managing disciplinary issues and addressing grievance concerns
- Maintain employee personal records
- Review records to ensure legal compliance
- Skilled in all HR functions
- Reporting to HR Manager
Candidates should have experience in construction industry, preferably oil and gas
Preference is given to candidates available to join immediately.
