How good leaders face toxic people
Although nobody wants a toxic employee in your company, they manage to seep through the hiring process to cause confusion and chaos within an organization. And yet they are part of the business, so we must learn to manage these kinds of people. The toxic employee believes that everyone is against him. 2. Find the reasons
Understanding what motivates toxic people, a leader provides the best way to influence them. The offensive behaviors are driven by fear, insecurity , because it feels victims or because they want to control others.
Those who operate in fear and insecurity they will calm down if treated with tolerance and trust. However, this does not work with someone trying to control others or that a victim feel. Strong boundaries that determine acceptable behavior will be useful in such cases.
3. Remain neutral
