There are many ways in which a person or an organization can make a first impression. In business, the most common and arguably the most effective is through the written word.
Why is this? Well, because written content has a certain finality to it. It’s safe to say that when any of us reads a flyer, sees a billboard, hears a commercial, reads an article or blog post or visits a website that the text we see or that is behind what we hear is a final version of the thoughts being conveyed.
